For customers seeking an in-person personalized shopping experience, The Music Zoo offers one-on-one appointments. Our private appointment room located in Farmingdale, NY is the perfect place to try out that guitar, bass, or amplifier you've been considering.
How Does It Work?
If you're looking to try out an instrument, simply let us know which model you're interested in via email. Be sure to include a few dates and times that fit your schedule and our concierge will finalize your booking. Once you arrive, the products you are most interested in will be setup and waiting for you to play. Appointment space is limited, and appointment times are run on a strict schedule. If you have questions about payment options, financing, or trades, please open a dialog with your concierge prior to arrival.

Do I need an appointment to stop by?
Yes. Whether you'd like to try out gear, or make a curbside pickup, an appointment is required for all visitors. If you plan on being in the area, or would like to get hands on with a specific guitar, please book a personalized appointment.
Where is the appointment room located?
Our facility is located at 123 Smith Street, Farmingdale, NY 11735. Our contact number is 516-626-9292. The private appointment room is the first door just around the left side of the building.
Do you have a showroom that is open to the public?
No. The Music Zoo is an online retailer that ships worldwide. We do however offer boutique one-on-one shopping experiences through our private appointment room.
Can I browse your entire catalog during my visit?
Through the booking process, we will identify a few items you are most interested in trying, and make those available during your visit. General browsing is not currently available.
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll be able to reschedule.
Do I need an appointment to make a purchase?
Our entire catalog is available for purchase online now, so you do not need an appointment to make a purchase. Simply checkout on the site to have your new gear shipped to your door. Or, contact our sales team to make a purchase and pick it up curbside.
